Lovely trip to Boston (Needham) for the parents week-end at Olin, where Daniel is a junior (Electronic Engineering).
Friday
We attended some classes (PIE - Principles of Integrated Engineering and "Six Books that Changed the World"), heard Daniel play in the conductorless orchestra and took his suite-mates out to dinner. They are all very cool.

Here is one of Daniel’s projects for the 6 books class. A composition depicting evolution in music. Gregorian - Classical - Rock and Roll - House.
Saturday
We went to Jiang Nan Chinese restaurant with Terry, Anne, Kara, and Meg. Their specialty, the Peking duck, was soooo good.

Sunday
Drove out to the Berkshires (a 2-hour drive from Boston) to visit Ted and KJ who moved out there a while ago and are renovating their family farmhouse. Increbible to see what they have already done and planning on doing.
We also visited a colleague of mine, Toph, and his wife Claire, who owns the Apple Tree Inn.

Monday
After lunch in Lenox, we drove back to Boston and had a fantastic dinner with Josh and Kimberly. It was great to catch up with them.
