I wanted to create a backup solution for my new Macbook Pro at home using my existing Buffalo RAID NAS. It ended up being a bit tricky, but after a few hacks, I now have Time Machine working using the Buffalo Linkstation! Here are the steps I followed (after searching through loads of forums)
- Using NAS for Time Machine (not sure if this was actually required, will know once I set up another machine). Here is another article describing it.
