We had a dinner party to celebrate Maureen’s birthday. 10 adults and 8 kiddos. It was a blast.
Appetizers – Laine brought some charcuterie and Tracy brought some homemade Epi bread
First Course – Bistro Jeanty cream of tomato soup with puff pastry
Second Course – Green salad with berries and goat cheese (Tracy)
Third Course – Roasted cornish hen with mustard, fingerling potatoes, wild mushrooms and carrots
Dessert – Lemon glazed semolina cake with strawberries and whipped cream
