Dirt to Dine – Daniel meets Chef Chiarello

Daniel had a one-week Dirt to Dine camp at Connolly Ranch where they learned where our food comes from, and how to prepare food all the way from harvesting to the plate. They learned about different food types and flavors. The coolest part was that they got famous chefs to teach them. For example, Chef Michael Chiarello (from Bottega) taught them how to make feta cheese and butter from goat’s milk. Daniel now says that it is easy! Today, the parents were invited to the end of week Feast. Very tasty.
